16 competitors entered the All In house to compete for $250,000. Host Phil Ivey immediately ushered them into their first mini-challenge, where they had to roll a pair of dice down a ramp. Ricky won and earned an advantage at the first main challenge, while Skye came in last earning the disadvantage. The main challenge was to stand in an oversized die and roll it around a track to land in the finish spot with the designated number on top. Upon judgment, Evangelina, Gavin, Keyana, and Ricky received high scores, while Cal, Jane, Kristen, and Skye received low scores. Gavin and Ricky received the best scores and won the challenge, while Cal was deemed safe, leaving Jane, Kristen, and Skye in the fold. Gavin and Ricky competed in the Deal Breaker, where they had to balance on a small die and roll it to the center of the arena. Ricky won and chose to eliminate Kristen.

Following Kristen's elimination, Gavin revealed he selected Skye to go home, causing him to rethink how others are playing the game. At the mini-challenge, players had to play a hand of blackjack. Harvey won and earned an advantage at the main challenge, while Rachel came in last earning the disadvantage. The main challenge was to guide three balls down a winding table to the finish platform. Upon judgment, Harvey, Keyana, Rachel, and Tate received high scores, while Antonio, Jane, Josh, and Rocco received low scores. Keyana and Tate received the best scores and won the challenge, while Antonio was deemed safe, leaving Jane, Josh, and Rocco in the fold. Keyana and Tate competed in the Deal Breaker, where they had to build a house of cards 10 feet tall. Tate won and chose to eliminate Rocco.

Following Rocco's elimination, Keyana revealed she selected Jane to go home, causing tension between the two and ostracizing her. At the mini-challenge, players had to throw paint on a wall to reveal symbols and show them on a slot machine. Antonio won and earned an advantage at the main challenge, while Vivien came in last earning the disadvantage. The main challenge was to answer questions using the answering slot machine while dodging sweeping handles as they walk. Upon judgment, Gavin, Harvey, Marisol, and Skye received high scores, while Antonio, Cal, Ricky, and Vivien received low scores. Gavin and Harvey received the best scores and won the challenge, while Ricky and Vivien were both deemed safe, leaving Antonio and Cal in the fold. Gavin and Harvey competed in the Deal Breaker, where they had to pull a slot machine lever and recreate the 3x3 grid on the surface below. Harvey won and chose to eliminate Cal.
